BILL ESTEPH
FOUNDER
In 2000, Bill Esteph founded BC Excavating LTD in the small city of Rockbridge, Ohio. The business started out doing concrete and civil construction work. Throughout the last 20 years, BC has worked to build and update America’s infrastructure through building and expanding of electrical substations, site utility work, hydro excavation and clearing and grubbing to name a few. Bill’s passion is to operate a company that is fully accountable and provides the highest quality of work. Also, to employ people with this same vision, creating a healthy and safe work environment.
